Interesting... I was just thinking about how little I've actually written about the church we go to here in Santo Domingo. I supposed because it is such an integral part of our life here, I forget about all of the cool and innovative things it is doing week in and week out... here is a brief list of what the church offers on a weekly basis (as a church of 250 people).. you're NOT going to believe it...
- Low-cost Medical Clinic (4x/week)
- Feeding the Homeless Program (4x/week)
- Work-out Gym Facility (with over 1000 people subscribed)
- Street Kids Soccer Ministry
- Street Kids Baseball Ministry
- Biblical Training Institute (1x/week)
- Montessorri Pre-school
- Window/Door/Screen Ministry
- Hospital/Jail Visitation Ministry (2x/week)
- Counseling Center (will be open 5x/week in August)
