Happy Easter

We went to the mountains of Constanza with some of our friends for the Easter weekend and had a wonderful time together. You can grow anything in Constanza, from bananas to potatoes to roses to cabbage to strawberries to cucumbers. We met a new friend who worked at a cucumber greenhouse and showed up around while we were there. I thought I'd share some of these sweet photos...

A real cabbage patch with terraced farming the Japanese brought to the Dominican Republic back in the 1950's. Just about everything in grown in this soil.
